Whilst many live schemes are fully designed in house, the need to outsource to trusted MEP Consultants from time to time still exists. Moving forward the aim is to keep all design inhouse and the recruitment of a Lead Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer is paramount to achieving that. The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute and seasoned HVAC Design Engineer, well versed in all aspects of heating, ventilation and air conditioning design across a wide variety of buildings and specialist environments.
Applications are invited from Senior/Principal level Mechanical Building Services Engineers who can demonstrate the ability to lead projects and offer a flexible client facing service. The appointed Engineer will be expected to offer creative and technically appropriate solutions to end users, developers and contractors, gaining the trust of key customers whilst firmly outlining what’s possible and realistic. Familiarity with industry standard software would be an advantage for calcs and modelling.
