Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer
The position offered covers but is not limited to the following expectations: -
Excellent knowledge of Building Services Industry.
Relevant technical qualifications.
Direct communication with the client/architect/design team at pre-tender stage to evaluate specific requirements for projects.
Outline budget costings for projects.
Production of working drawings and schematics to send to CAD department for issue.
Highly organised with a logical and disciplined approach to deadlines.
Excellent written skills for specification /report writing.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2020.
Carrying out estimates for tenders and contracts.
Project managing site engineers.
Carrying out invoicing of projects in full co-ordination with our clerical staff.
