Typically specialist Building Physics modelling projects have been outsourced, however it is hoped all design services can be brought inhouse to ensure greater financial control and synergy of live schemes. With this in mind, a Senior Building Physics Engineer is required to kick start a new team and work closely with MEP Design Engineers and Sustainability professionals to coordinate activities.
