With premises already secure South Leeds and northern based projects ready to hand across, it’s a fantastic rolling start for anyone looking to head up a new office and build a talented team.
In order to be considered for this rare opportunity all interested parties must be technically competent hands-on Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Design Engineers, capable of providing a flexible client facing service. Project delivery will remain a significant part of the role in the short term, with the medium term plan to move into a more business development and regional lead, once a team is in place who can operate under your management. Working closely with the head office team you will be tasked with utilising your local network to help win new work and assist in promoting the brand across the North of England.
Applications are invited from Principal, Associate, Associate Director, Technical Director or equivalent level MEP Engineers keen to step up into a true number one role and be the spearhead of the new Leeds office. This position will best suit a motivated and ambitious Engineer who has the confidence to use such a platform to build something special and in their own vision. It is essential that applicants are seasoned deliverers of complex projects able to efficiently manage expectations and timescales.
This opportunity may be attractive to someone who has considered setting up their own business, but reluctant to take the gamble of going completely solo, or possibly an Engineer stuck in a middle management position craving career development and the opportunity to shine.
